Cancellation of Tours
Long’s Travel Service, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour, for any reason. Notification of the cancellation will be made approximately 30 days prior to the tour departure, when possible. Cancellations may be made less than 30 days prior to departure in extreme circumstances. The responsibility of Long’s Travel will be only to refund the amount received for the tour reservation. We will try to rebook or reschedule the tour if requested. Long’s Travel cannot assume responsibility for any costs relating to the tour that are not made through Long’s Travel.
Participation
For the benefit of everyone on the tour, Long’s Travel reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.
Visas and Passports
Participants are responsible for obtaining passports or visas for tours requiring them. Most countries require that your passport be valid for 6 months beyond the conclusion of your trip.
Special Assistance
Participants requiring special assistance must notify Long’s Travel at the time of booking. Long’s Travel will make reasonable attempts to accommodate special needs, but is not responsible in the event we are unable to do so, nor be responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants or other independent suppliers. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour participant for walking, getting on or off motorcoaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance.
